The founder of NijdekenConsultancy, Hans Nijdeken, is a seasoned leader in driving teams to deliver successful transformation programs. He has worked for more than twenty years in sales and supply chain operations on the business side, in consulting for a global systems integrator and, since 2010, as a contractor. He has wide experience of all the different aspects of leading and managing multicultural teams across the globe.
His key expertise is to apply his leadership capabilities in global operating companies. Specifically, in SAP leadership and (Change) management roles at different levels that require vision, drive, spirit and functional content knowledge (strong business integration focus). This necessarily involves partnering with the business and/or managing external suppliers (e.g. Accenture, Capgemini) in order to make a difference.
Hans also has a proven track record in turn-around management by bringing complex projects back on track within a short time frame.

Hans Nijdeken
Background
Hans graduated with a degree in economics and then worked for an international metal packaging company. He undertook various internal projects (based in Germany) in
sales, procurement and supply chain. These included work on process optimisation, harmonisation, improving supply chain productivity and sales and operations planning.
In this line management role, he was invited to join a global SAP implementation project as a business process owner. Following this implementation of SAP, Capgemini consulting invited him to join its SAP Consultancy unit in The Netherlands.
With Capgemini he undertook SAP content related roles and learnt all the “ins and outs” of the SAP sales and supply chain modules. This eventually led to leading Capgemini engagements worldwide as a program manager where his specialty was managing large global teams both onshore and offshore.
In 2010 Hans started his own consulting business adding value to large international companies. He was accountable for delivering multi-million-dollar programs for these companies. They mostly involved the definition of global SAP templates and the deployment of these across the world in operating companies. In this role both customer teams and systems integrator teams reported to him.
His personality has been described as strong, pleasant with high interpersonal skills. He is always target driven and has a strong can-do mentality, both individually and when working in teams. A native Dutch speaker, he is also fluent in English and German.
